Inappropriate Innuendo

Yesterday, while planning this and that, I had to inform one of my friends about a surprise something we're doing for another friend. I ended the conversation with this:

"Thanks! Looking forward to your entry."

To which he replied, "Is that an invitation? ;)"

It took me a while before realising what that meant. And it made me feel sick really. Here's why.

Innuendo is hard to get when you're not in the frame of mind to lace your words with them. Or turn everything you hear into obscene thoughts. This is usually the case with people who are strictly friends. Yes. It's an easy concept to get, right? Some people you just don't see in that light. This includes all married friends. Because it's just wrong. Really really wrong.

I don't know what the guy was thinking but he's creeping me out. Thinking about it creeps me out still. Because it's just wrong. Really, really wrong.
